Phone service is provided by CenturyLink. Local service includes features like call waiting, call forwarding. Fiber optic cable runs through portions of the Town. The area has equal access for long distance carriers and all the major carriers offer long distance service.

Transportation
We're connected by Interstate 70 east to Goodland (109mi), Topeka (450 mi), Kansas City (500 mi),and west to Denver (eastern beltway-E-470 -75 mi; Interstate 25 - 87 mi), Silverthorne (155 mi), Winter Park (155 mi), Frisco/Breckenridge (160/170 mi), Vail (185 mi), Steamboat Springs (245 mi), Aspen (285 mi), and Grand Junction (335 mi). Interstate 70 is the major East-West Interstate between I-40 and I-80.
Limon has been included on the federally designated Ports-to-Plains Trade Corridor which extends from the Mexico Border through Lubbock, Texas, the Oklahoma Panhandle to Denver, Colorado and on north to markets in Canada.
Limon has been included on the federally designated Heartland Expressway which extends from the Denver and Limon through Scottsbluff, Nebraska, to Rapid City, South Dakota.

Rail is provided by two freight carriers: Union Pacific and Kyle Railroad. No passenger service is provided.
Air service is provided locally at the Limon Municipal Airport. This general aviation airport is located at 5,365 feet of elevation and runway 16/34 is constructed of concrete 60 feet wide and 4,700 feet in length with a concrete partial parallel taxiway. Major air transportation is provided by Denver International Airport and Colorado Spring Airport each located about 75 miles from Limon.
Ground Transportation is served by the Greyhound Bus Line and locally by a Public Transportation Bus operated by the Town of Limon.
