The policy for Town of Limon public records requests is here, as well as the form to be used for such request.

The Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. 24-72-201, et. seq., mandates that:  "All requests for public records shall be made in writing with the official Custodian of public records, which is the Town Clerk" And that:  "All requests for records must be specific as to the records sought and the relevant dates."

Please print and complete the Town of Limon Public Records Request Form and mail it to, or present it in person at Limon Town Hall, to the attention of Town Clerk Chris Snyder . 

Elecronic (email) requests for public records must conform to the requirements stated in the last paragraph of the Town of Limon Public Records Request Policy.
