The Limon Community Building is great for use in hosting community events, family reunions, graduations, scouts and business meetings.

- Two rooms and in the center is a spacious kitchen
- New landscaping, sidewalks, stairs and ramps leading to the front doors.
- ADA compliant inside and out.
- The North Room is 1,600 square feet and measures 50-feet by 32-feet.
- The flooring is linoleum tile.
- Wainscoating of tile is half way up the wall.
- The South Room is 1,150 square feet and measures 32-feet by 36-feet and is fully carpeted.
- Both rooms have counter space and a small sink on one end.
- The Kitchen is spacious with a large island in the middle and lots of counter space. Appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, two refrigerators, and an oven/stove as well as two commercial sinks.
- Rest rooms are located between the two rooms in the foyer area at the main entrance.
